SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES主要职责
1. To find new clients and potential needs of clients through telesales;
通过电话开发新客户,挖掘潜在客户培训需求;
2. Having a good understanding of both clients’ needs and our products, to accomplish business objectives;
深入了解客户的培训需求及现有课程资源,为客户解决问题的同时,实现销售目标;
3. To keep good relationship with the clients through communication; to maintain the relationship and discover new opportunities of selling;
通过电话、上课现场与学员和客户的沟通,维护和跟进,实现二次销售;
4. Organize share meetings and share experience and ideas with team members as well as other colleagues; coach assistant training consultant; introduce new trainers and other resources of the industry; Establish good relationship with trainers;
参与团队分享,指导助理培训顾问的工作;引进行业资源,与讲师保持良好沟通;
5. Learn all products of corporation to make a Cross-Selling.
了解公司其他产品,销售公司的其他产品,实现跨部门产品的销售和合作;
QUALIFICATIONS& RELEVANT EXPERIENCE职位要求和相关经验
1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in marketing /Management /Human Resource /English /Psychology preferred;
本科及以上学历,市场营销/管理/人力资源/英语/心理学专业优先;
2. 3 years of relevant experience in telesales, training solution selling or consulting preferred; or a similar position in training companies;
三年以上电话销售经验,培训/咨询公司工作经验优先;
3. Enjoying learning and thinking; having business acumen of the dynamic market, and making timely improvement of selling skills;
善于思考和学习,能够敏锐察觉市场发展动态并及时做出销售方法的改进;
4. Excellent communication skills and good at analytical thinking abilities are required; being able to precisely grasp the needs of clients and quick response to them at very first time;
善于沟通和分析,对目标客户进行有效筛选,能够准确抓住客户的需求点,并迅速反应;
5. Having interest and passion in training consulting; being willing to work under pressure and engage in challenging work.
对于培训及咨询有浓厚兴趣,有一定抗压能力,愿意从事挑战性大的工作。
