职位要求

· 本科以上学历, 电子或计算器工程专业。

· 5年消费类电子或相关类型产品的设计/制造/测试经验。

· 可使用不同种类原理图及PCB工具进行工作的经验。

· 有生产、贴片、组装中的PCBA开发及制造经验。

· 有失效分析经验和懂不同类型测试&返修工具&设备和工艺。

· 懂生产制造统计。

· 懂机械夹具或软件编程将优先考虑。

· 良好的英语及普通话沟通。

工作职责

· 开发在自动测试设备中使用的硬件, 以便在生产中进行测试可穿戴/智能产品。

· 在印刷电路板装配的开发过程中进行全程测试, 从概念、设计审查开始, 和软件及固件工程师一起创建原理图和布局、生成物料清单、物料采购、跟进生产、贴片及工厂装配, 并提供检查指导. 印刷电路板装配的测试有时会需要少量的手工焊接。

· 指导工厂完成在生产在线不良品的故障分析。

· 支持自动测试设备硬件的安装与更新。

· 能在压力及紧凑日程下进行工作。
