职位描述
Job Duties:
-To lead and manage Trade Sales Team to grow trade business, provide outbound services to existing trade customers, and to acquire new trade customers in SZN. Specifically, to focus and develop new NII customers；
-To organize and support trade business and marketing activities effectively, especially to leverage on the use of TFAs to expand the existing NII facility customers and to develop new ones;
-To attract, development, motivate and manage trade sales staff;
-To attract, development, motivate and manage trade sales staff;
-To direct, plan and manage the trade services business within catchment areas of Shenzhen Branch in order to maximise profitability contribution to the Bank, achieve sustainable growth in both import and export bills business, and maintain a low-risk customer portfolio
Job Requirements:
-Bachelor degree or above(recognized by the state)
-Minimum 5 years’ sales management experience covering trade sales, relationship management, commercial lending and related fields
-Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
-Be able to work in dynamic environment and challenges
-Knowledge of trade services is preferred
-Fluent oral and written English and Mandarin
-General credit experience will be an added advantage
