Main responsibilities

- Manage the operation team and ensure the operation process are carried out as per the set up SOP

- Plan the daily resources to be used as per the estimated data concerning the daily cargo handling in and out provided by the client.

- Work with the CS team and IT Department to provide the daily operation services.

- Take part in regular review meeting with the client.

Requirement

- University graduates in logistics, transportation or international trade disciplines

- Key Account Management / Customer Service / Operations managerial responsibilities with 5 years solid experience in dealing with MNCs and European organizations

- Solid exposure to bonded logistics operations process in Free Trade Zone and/or Bonded Logistics Park

- Good relationship with carriers in air, ocean, land transportation, warehousing operations in the region etc...with solid market intelligence on the prevailing rates and strong negotiation skill

- Familiar with PRC import and export customs clearance procedures

- Detail understanding on full-set cross-border air, sea, land and customs documentation

Good knowledge in warehouse management, freight management and PO management system
