Responsibilities and Duties:
-Daily administration in team, including checking expense reports and making attendance records for team members, etc.;
-Project files opening;
-Filing of closed projects;
-Accounting the performance of team and team members;
-Maintain systematic filing system;
-Other tasks assigned by Cluster Manager;;
Entry Requirements:
- Honest and reliable;
- Pleasant personality and a great team player;
- Detail-oriented with strong sense of quality;
- Strong initiative & follow-through;
- Customer-oriented, good interpersonal skills;
- Skillful in computer usage, words excel, PowerPoint;
- Good command of Mandarin and English (Cantonese and other languages are added advantage);
- Fresh graduate is preferred.
