（1）深入了解公司产品及系统解决方案,负责售中、售后相关环节的技术支持；
（2）负责向客户解答和解释技术以及产品方面的问题；
（3）对故障产品进行疑难排解与测试鉴定；
（4）协助销售部门维护客户关系，耐心听取客户意见，并反馈给公司有关部门；
（5）建立产品维修档案和维修记录，负责技术售后文档建立和用户意见反馈搜集；
（6）维护公司内部包括员工电脑、内部局域网、电话、服务器…等设备正常运作。

职位要求：
1.大学本科及以上学历，计算机、电子信息相关专业；
2.对显卡参数非常熟悉，并能深入了解其工作原理；
3.从事系统集成的工作经验，有系统集成的技术支持经验或软件开发经验优先；
4.有强烈的客户服务意识和行动力，高度的团队合作精神；
5.具有优秀的分析问题、解决问题的能力和较强的沟通协调能力；
6.英浯书写及广东话, 必需。
