职位描述/要求：
一、岗位职责：
1、按照测试规范和流程，以及（性能/功能）测试计划、测试用例，构建软、硬件测试环境，执行测试脚本和测试用例，寻找Bug；
2、分析（性能/功能）测试问题所在并进行准确定位和验证，按照标准格式填写并提交Bug报告；
3、跟踪并验证Bug，并确认问题得以解决；
4、编写与管理技术文档，如测试文档、使用手册、客户培训和演示文档等。

二、技能要求
1、计算机或相关专业本科以上学历，有软件测试经验者优先；
2、熟悉测试规范和流程，熟悉（性能、功能）测试工具、技术和方法；
3、能参与编写测试文档，具备良好的文档书写能力；
4、熟悉流行的PC硬件平台，具有DIY经验。
5、编程、调试基础（windows平台 C/C++）；
6、具有一定的英语阅读能力。
