职位描述：
工作职责--
开拓以外资企业为主导的室内装饰行业的市场信息；
维系和发展客户及合作伙伴（中介、供应商等）关系；
项目竞标阶段制定市场策略；
在项目运作过程中与客户的相关工作沟通，主导并监控项目进展；

职位要求--
* 二年以上房地产中介/装修设计/办公家具销售工作经验；
* 熟悉广深两地的写字楼情况及租赁市场情况；
* 流利的粤语、国语，有一定的英语沟通能力；
* 有工作热情和冲劲，有强烈的成功愿望； 举报 分享
