Reporting to Senior Director

Responsibilities:
- Performs adequate secretarial supports to Senior Director, including preparation of presentation materials, taking minutes, drafting correspondence and typing
- Arranges and schedules meeting/appointment and coordinates special events & activities on behalf of Senior Director
- Handles calls and emails for Senior Director
- On behalf of Senior Director, contacts suppliers concerning our policies and operating procedures' changes
- Works closely with other functional departments
- Maintains and keeps all filing system for Senior Director up-to-date and systematic
- Other ad hoc projects upon request by Senior Director

Requirements:
- University graduate with min. 3 years relevant working experience in multinational company
- A self-starter with high sense of urgency
- Strong interpersonal and communicational skills
- Able to work under pressure and take ownership
- Excellent command of spoken English
- Proficient Computer skills including MS Word, Excel & Power Point, and e-mail
