Job Purpose

工作目标

To provide quality merchandising service to customers, through order coordination and follow-up, to assist in the achievement of division’s business objectives.
给客户提供优质销售服务，通过订单的协调与跟进，帮助部门完成业务目标。

Job Descriptions:

1. Follow up orders with vendors, customers, and internal parties to ensure customer
satisfaction and on-time delivery

与供应商、客户和内部人员一起跟进订单，以确保客户满意及准时交货。
- Review Purchase Orders

回顾采购订单
- Communicate customers’ requirements to factories

与工厂沟通客户的需求
- Handle customers’ enquiries

处理客户的询问
- Monitor production status

监控生产状况

2. Arrange sample submission to customers for approval

安排合符客户标准的样品
- Check samples

检查样品
- Pack and send samples
包装及邮寄样品
3. Maintain strong business relationships with vendors for product development and
production.

维护与供应商牢固的产品开发和生产关系
- Urge documents from factories, e.g. vendor review reports

催促工厂提交文件，如供应商评审报告
- Maintain strong business relationships through regular contacts with factories
通过定期接触工厂，保持牢固的业务关系
4. Assist in the Product Development process to ensure that products meet customers’
quality and budget requirements

协助产品开发过程,以确保产品符合客户要求的质量和预算
- Source material or accessories

原料或配件

5. Perform other duties as assigned by Management

Job Requirements:

工作要求：

1. Education Level: College or university graduated. (Preferable in fashion accessory(including Hat, Glove, Scraf etc.) field or similar qualification)

教育程度：大专或以上{最好是时装配件（包括帽子、手套、围巾等）专业或相关证书}

2.Years of Experience: 5 years experiences in Buying/Trading office on Fashion accessory for US/EU Market. Experience in children’s clothing will definitely be advantage.
工作经验：5年以上的采购、贸易有关欧美服装市场经验

童装经验更具优势
3. Language Skills: Good command of Spoken & Written English.
语言技能：良好的英语口语和书写能力
4. Computer Skills: Able to use Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, etc) professionally.
电脑技能：能使用Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel等)专业
5. Travel Requirements: Not required.

出差要求：不需要

6. Frequent over-time work is required
