职位描述：
RESPONSIBILITIES:

1、Lead a cross discipline team through all phases of product development process to meet project goals including time to market, project quality and financial target

2、Develop R&D capabilities to develop new products, OEM product validation and products lifecycle management

3、Drive clear priority in multi tasks/expectations situations and lead the team to focus on key things to launch new products on time

4、Develop short term and long term product generation plans for the team to implement them efficiently

5、Drive innovation to deliver more new product proposals using ASSA ABLOY gateway, process, templates and tools

6、Work effectively in a matrix organization with multi-stakeholders: eg: Product Management, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Global R&D team

7、Develop people with strong technical and leadership skills

8、Create and manage IP portfolio of Digi including IP creation and protection

REQUIREMENT：

· Educated with University degree level in Engineering

· At least 10-year relevant experience in a similar position in an industrial sector. Experience of working in a multicultural team and in an international environment is desirable

· Professional experience in DDL development

· Proven track record of developing strategies and successfully executing them

· Excellent people skills with an ability to partner with dynamic leadership team

· Organizational skills, self-motivated and self-directed, able to work independently and with

· Experience in using product development lifecycle processes and contributed to process improvements

· Personal qualities of integrity, credibility and commitment to mission of the company

· Highest level of business ethics

· Excellent communication and presentation skills

· Excellent Computer literacy

· Good written and spoken English and Chinese
