职位描述：
Major Responsibilities :
？ Assisting Head of RBWM BRCM in initiating, formulating and implementing sales process and conduct sales quality checking as require by group policy.
？ The jobholder is also responsible for enhancing sales competence and sales quality via training and monitoring so as to drive frontline to achieve business targets and comply with sales compliance..
？ Streamline sales process and implement sales control per external/internal regulation, audit report and frontline demands and initiate new process to be more efficient and practical
？ Closely monitor sales compliance, make recommendations on improving sales compliance and take disciplinary actions to non-complaint sales behaviors.
？ Annual review of compliance risk of RBWM business and file reports to related risk departments.
？ Keep abreast of regulatory developments, market trends, and competitors’ moves to update sales guideline and develop sales tools.
？ Control and monitor the sales quality check within RBWM according to group guideline
Incumbent Requirements:
？ University degree in a related discipline
？ Minimum 5 years’ banking experience
？ Good communication, and customer service orientated
？ Willing to travel frequently
？ Fluent in English and Mandarin. Proficiency in both Cantonese and Shanghai dialect would be a plus. 举报 分享
