Responsibilities:
Search proactively in the market for possible companies to be acquired or partnered with;
Develop a pool of potential acquisition companies with the most relevant capabilities;
Pre-analyze the financials, marketing approach, operational strategies, market share and market perceptions of each company based on secondary and primary information sources;
Develop an analytical criteria, so a match of scouted companies’ activities with DEKRA’s portfolio/Strategic plan is met;
Calculate the strategic benefits that would result from the acquisition of the target companies;
Hand over narrowed down targeted companies to Top Management in order to determine the openness of each target to an acquisition;
Undertake any other duties assigned by Line Manager;
Competences and skills:
Bachelor and above degree preferably in a finance related background;
Previous 1-2 years’ experience in Pre-M&A or Business Development;
Related experience in financial analysis, transaction execution, and business development;
Familiar with TIC(Testing, Inspection and Certification) sector is a plus;
Good command of both English and Chinese;
Strong business communication skill;
Methodic and self-driven professional;
Integrity, team spirit, customer orientation, entrepreneurship, responsibility for safety;
