职位描述：
GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Graphic Arts Analyst oversees the vendor Pre-Production quality to ensure all products adhere to the established manufacturing standards before production. Maintain and distribute the establishing finishing standards release requirements. Provide technical support for outsourced programs. Monitors standard operating procedures and makes recommendations for process improvements.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Pre-production Samples Approval
- Intermediate level Pre-production samples quality review and approval.
- Reviews and approve pre-production samples submitted by vendors. Update the approval status.
- Act as the liaison between Business Units and vendors to resolve quality issues.

? Finishing Material Approval
- Reviews intermediate level finishing material quality submitted by vendors, forward questionable finishing material to Business Units to review if necessary.
? Organizes approved finishing materials for future reference.

? Attachment Approval
- Reviews and approves attachment samples submitted by vendors.
- Communicates and follow up all approval issues with Business Units.
- Communicates with vendors if sample(s) were rejected, and assist vendors in gaining PPS approval.
- Organizes samples records for future card samples review and approval.

? Quality Web System / QuickBase Administration
- Reports & follow up any technical queries or errors in QWS and QuickBase.

? Complete other duties as assigned by the company.

Requirements :

? Technical Institute certificate in printing or graphics related subjects or equivalent.
? 3-5 years relevant working experience
? Basic Knowledge of Mac and PC graphics software packages (Adobe CS4)
? Basic Knowledge of MS Office software
? Excellent communication skills; fluent in English
? Strong team player.
? Ability to prioritize and handle heavy workload with tight deadlines 举报 分享
