设计、建筑学或相关专业专科或以上学历。
具备两年以上3D效果图制作经验，能熟练掌握与运用相关制作软件；

能熟练使用3D设计软件及CAD
熟练掌握控制图面气氛。
建筑造型结构、对各种类型的造型有正确认识。
擅长制作材质、灯光渲染，灯光和环境气氛的把握。
熟练掌握各种建模、渲染及表现技法，能独立而高效地完成高素质的电脑效果图；
