Our team is based in the UK, Turkey, India, Bangladesh and Greater China and is organised to meet current demand for String Services in Europe, and Asia. In the last 12 months we have grown HF's business in China to be our biggest market. The HF China team will be expanding over the next year to manage the global rollout of String by global retailers and brands in Greater China.



The Customer Support Manager will report to the Regional Manager,Far East Region .He or she will be responsible for the delivery of supply-chain traceability solutions in the region to meet the project requirements of HF's brand customers based in the UK, Europe, and the USA.

It is an important role in the development of Historic Futures' business in Greater China region and will require a high degree of leadership, organization, communication and teamwork.



He or she will base in Shantou City ,Start day can be negotiable.



Key Responsibilities


- To ensure that String traceability solutions are delivered in the region to meet brand customer's requirements within the timescales and to the quality expected

- To lead String Pilot or rollout project implementation in the region

- To develop and maintain close relationships with key contact of brand customer

- To estimate and plan project's implementation in the region from start to finish, with built-in contingencies.

- To develop a plan for engaging suppliers to provide the data required by brand customer.

- To motivate the extended HF team to implement the traceability solutions across the

Brand customers' supply chains in the region and deliver reporting against project objectives

- To deliver online and onsite training to brand customers and their supplier

- To ensure project related support requests from brand customer's suppliers are resolved properly within the timescales and to the quality expected

- To deliver regular online & face-to-face project update meetings and report with brand customers

- To write clear and coherent project initiation, interim, and closure reports

- To provide feedback and suggesting improvements on services to the UK team



Required Competencies


- 5+ years relevant project, commercial or supply-chain management experience

- Experience from Consultanting sector is preferred but not a must

- Experience from textiles, timber or retail sector is preferred but not a must

- A proven track record of successful project implementation and change management in a

demanding commercial environment

- A sharp customer focus, excellent communication and will to drive results

- Good leadership and motivation skills

- Ability to take ownership of issues through to resolution

- Strong "can-do" attitude and good problem solving skills

- Ability to work under pressure and to adapt rapidly to new situations/challenges

- Demonstrated integrity and business ethics.

- Self-motivated individual with a "can-do" attitude willing to work as member of virtual team

- Willingness to travel to customer locations across China, and Europe as required

- Strong affinity for data and strong analytical skills.

- Excellent presentation skills and good knowledge of office tools (Word, Excel, PPT etc.)

- Excellent written and spoken English, Mandarin, Cantonese preferred

- Overseas working or studying experience preferred
