招聘岗位：服务员
任职要求:
1、18岁以上，男女不限，必需中专或以上学历；
2、能吃苦耐劳，有敬业及团队合作精神，热爱餐饮行业；
3、身体状况符合国家餐饮行业标准要求，无不良嗜好和记录，无明显纹身；
4、形象气质佳，语言表达能力好，反应灵活，性格外向；
5、如有西餐工作经验并能用英语进行沟通，待遇从优。

岗位职责：
 1．按工作程序和标准做好开餐前的各项准备工作，摆台用托盘，餐具要求无破损，备用器皿要充足，摆放整洁美观；
2．了解当日估清菜及特别推荐菜，详知其价格，口味特色，制作方法，营养价值等以便及时做好推销工作；
3．迎接客人，向你三米范围之内的每位客人微笑问好；
4．开餐后按服务程序及标准为客人提供优质服务；
5．时刻关注宾客需求，反应敏捷；
6．尽量帮助客人解决就餐过程中的各类问题，必要时将客人的问题和投诉及时反馈给店长，寻求解决办法。
