Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree and above, Major in microwave technology or electronic engineering, with 8 years working experience in electronic industry (Filters, TMA, PA, duplers, etc).

2. More than 5 years experience on relevant job field of RF test and electronic engineering.

3. Good understand and competence of equipment such as NA, Signal generator, PA, SPA, etc.

4. Good command of both spoken and written English is a must..

Job Scope工作职责:

1. Lead the Test Engineering team for test support for new products and mass production products.
2. Lead the Test Engineering team for troubleshooting of products at PCBA level and Integrated System level, and regarding electronics issue of new products as well as the mass production products.

Details:
1. Daily management and team building of the test group of Engineering department.
2. Communication with test Engineers in the R&D (Research and Design) center to get all the information, software, and hardware needed to set the test benches in the NPI process properly.
3. Support the development and implementation of the production test strategy; i.e. ICT, Board Functional test, unit functional test, and systems test integrated strategies.
4. Report problems and items happened in NPI production and mass production to the designers and the test engineers in the design center.
5. Do RF testing, analyze the results. Basic understanding of RF circuits, components, sub-assemblies or products, troubleshooting and improve performance as required. Ensure the design meets all requirements set by the specification and related standards. 6. Provide timely DFX (Design for Manufacturability/Testability) feedback to development community under coordination of Product Engineer.
7. Responsible for diagnosing and providing a solution to yield issues for all active products. These products include filters, RF Power Amplifier, RF Receiver, RF Transmitter used in wireless base-station subsystem.
8. Make technical contributions to ensure product functions are all tested appropriately in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
9. Manage daily product tuning/test operation activities, solve all product tuning/test issues timely, and ensure production tuning / testing run smoothly.
10. Training all manufacturing locations on test platform operation and maintenance, product testing procedures, product functionality, and diagnostic routines.
11. Global test asset utilization throughout product life cycle. Global capital asset management for capacity, cost, and flexibility at contract manufacture facilities.
12. Working with IE (Industrial Engineer), maximize and continue to improve test asset utilization throughout product life cycle.
13. Ensure that IT tools and development support test platforms technical requirements for data management and product/test SW management.
14. Provide training or leadership to test engineers and technicians in case of need, performance evaluation of the test teammates.
