职位描述：
Principal Accountabilities
- Selecting, developing and managing suppliers in conformity with the purchasing strategy of company;
- Sourcing new suppliers for cost saving and quality improvement purpose;
- Negotiation with suppliers on price, delivery schedule and payment terms, etc.;
- Maintain the basic purchasing data in system;
- Regular review supplier performance and follow up corrective action furthermore;
- Negotiating with supplier for contracts, (includes price, lead times, MOQs, quality requirements, indemnities, NDA etc);
- Working with the whole PUR team and Suppliers to set up, and maintain dynamic supply chain flow for efficient supply;
- Close work with supplier quality management team for supplier quality improvement.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in engineering or preferably engineering background with Mechanical and Electronic;
- Minimum 5 years working experience in purchasing at foreign investment company;
- Technical competence is required(reading of drawings and specifications, knowledge in manufacturing process/technologies);
- Strong analytical, organizational and presentation skill;
- Good communication, negotiation, influencing and problem solving skill;
- Good communication skills in both written and spoken in Chinese and English;
- Self-motivated, able to work independent and under pressure, to achieve the requested timing and quality of assigned task;
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP system. 举报 分享
