Our client is one of the biggest electronic components manufactures in the world.
Reporting Lines 汇报关系:
Report to: Product Marketing Manager
Total Subordinate: None
Key Responsibilities 主要职责:
1. Definition and Implementation of Strategy
? According to the global strategy, develop and apply marketing and sales strategies for the assigned regions together with the local sales organization.
? Monitor market developments especially with regards to supply/ demand, prices, application developments and Consequent product developments. Analyze market trends and development of the competitors, suggesting targets and the strategies to achieve them.
2. Defined and Support to reach the TO budget
? Prepare and finalize the sales plans with the local sales organization.
? Administrate and monitor marketing support services including but not limited to product presentations and training, quotations, inventories, quality related problems, definition of logistic agreements as well as general logistic support.
3. Support for the product and application innovation
? Definition of new products / projects based on the input from sales and the available R&D resources.
? Co-ordination of the communication between R&D and sales.
? Organize Market survey to get prompt information regarding new requirement, target price, Competitor situation.
4. Customer representative
? Acting as customer representative to ensure the customer requirements are addressed.
? Maintain effective communicate between sales and production for technical and Quality related issues.
? Establish and maintain trustworthy relationship and effective communication between the factory and sales/ customers.
Job Requirements 职位要求:
1. Bachelor degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineer or Marketing.
2. 3 years in marketing / sales of electronic components (preferably passive).
3. Leading, optimistic personality; Capable to work in team; Willing to assume responsibilities and to work by objectives.
4. Fluent written and oral English.
