RFID Sales Engineer – Kunshan
Working experience: 2 years in RFID industry
Well know database, SLQ, C＃/C++. Software & electrical background is a plus
Language: Good Mandarin, capable in English reading
Prefer to have software and Electric Engineering background

从事两年或以上RFID产品相关工作；
熟悉数据库系统、SLQ、 C/C++.、有软件机电經驗者优先考慮
普通话熟练，英语良好（據英文阅读能力）
有软件和机电管理工作经历的优先考慮


Typical work activities include:
responding to customer call-outs; find out customer needs, evaluating and provide solution
Provide pre-sales supports on RFID enquiry and projects
assisting the Project Manager in RFID system installation and testing
offering customer training; solving the technical problem
repairing, testing and maintaining equipment;
providing customers with regular reports and feedback on their service requests;
Assist project manager preparing tender document and user manual
offering feedback on future product development, features and functions.

岗位职责：
回应客户需求, 与客户沟通并进行需求分析，撰写相应解决方案
参与RFID相关项目售前咨询工作,
配合工程项目经理完成RFID现场实施与测试工作；
为客户提供培训, 协助解答客户提出的技术性问题
设备的维修、测试和维护
为客户提供定期的报告，并反馈客户的服务需求
协助编写投标技术文档、用户手册等
对以后产品的开发、特点和功能进行意见反馈？
