Sea Freight Operations

Main Responsibilities:

· Follow up international Sea shipments and Inland shipments.

· Communicate with the overseas agents and update information in a timely manner.

· Solve various problems & difficulties in operation to ensure handle every shipment smoothly.

· Provide good customer service to our clients.

Qualifications:

· Age 24 above, college or above.

· Good command of English, both in written and spoken.

· Over two years of Ops experience in the shipping & forwarding industry.

· Rich shipment-handling skills & experience.

· Responsible, careful, aggressive and self-motivated.

· Good communication skills, teamwork spirits and customer-service concept.

· Good ability to solve the operation problems & difficulties independently.

· Having the experience of handling shipments via feeder ex PRD outports, like Guangzhou, Foshan, Shunde, Zhongshan, Jiangmen, Zhuhai, etc to worldwide destinations will serve as an advantage.
