Job Description
Ø Draw Up Painting Plan for All Production Segements
Ø Productivity and Production Management, Include Man-hour Collection and Input into SAP or Excel Sheet
Ø Facility Maintenance Planning(Include: Painting Gun, Painting solution mixing device, exhaust system, cleaning devices and all related facilities )
Ø Responsiable for New Project Introduce in Painting Shop for Business Development
Ø Painting & Auxiluary Material & PPE management and Stock Management
Ø Manpower Management, Like Daily Business and Capacity Calculation
Ø Painting Matreial Preparation and Shiping Arrangement for Outsourcing(Supplier & Customer)
Ø Coordinate with Internal Different Functional Department for Special Request
Ø Actual Painting Progress Tracking and Adjustment in time
Requirements
Ø Familiar with paints, coatings and thinners
Ø Familiar with all kinds of painting and grinding tools, such as spray guns and sanders
Ø Good analyzing, planning, coordination and communication skills
Ø Familiar with Office software and SAP
Ø Team player
Ø Knowledge of English
