JOB DESCRIPTION
- Daily/shift management of the line technicians and operators .
线上技术员和操作员的日常倒班管理
- Fully utilize the resource to ensure targets are achieved including Quality/Output/NEE/ Discipline /Process control/Team building/WIP management/Cycle time management/TPM.
确保质量/产量/NEE/纪律/过程控制/团队建设/WIP管理/周期管理/TPM等目标的实现
- Continuously improve operators and technicians skill.
持续提高操作员及技术员的技能
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Education should be high school or above
高中及以上教育程度
- At least 2 years experiences on direct labor daily management in manufacturing
至少两年以上制造业直接人力日常管理经验
- Positive thinking, optimistic, able to work under pressure
积极，乐观，能够在压力下工作
- Basic management concept and method
基本的管理理念和方法
- Problem solving skills，strong executive ability
问题解决技能，执行力强
- Capable to handle simple written and spoken English

ST Microelectronics (Shenzhen) Manufacturing Co., Ltd was established on Sep 2005 and is wholly invested by ST Microelectronics, which is a large multinational company ranking No.5 in the world and No.1 in Europe in semiconductor industry. The foundation of the company is to contribute in the semiconductor assembly and testing project in Bao’long industrial area in Shenzhen Longgang. The project will be implemented in several phases. The first phase has been brought into operation already and the total investment is nearly 190 million US dollars so far. We forecast the total headcount will be over 7000 person in 5 years and the total investment will reach 500 million US dollars with capacity of over 7 billion units per year when the project is complete.
