职位描述：
任职要求：
1、三年年以上工作经验,
2、大专及以上学历，工业工程或理工类专业背景
3、熟悉IE改善手法，了解精益生产中的工具方法运用；
4、熟练操作Office办公软件及CAD绘图；
岗位职责：
1、在新产品导入初期，以IE的角度对产品结构，工艺，夹具设计等进行评审，提出问题点及改善方案，追踪改善进度及结果；
 2、根据工程部提供的资料及样品，制定出初步工艺流程图及标工；
3、根据新产品订单量评估出夹具、设备需求量；
4、根据每月forcast进行产能规划，预估人力、设备、夹具需求量；
5、修正量产产品的工艺流程及标工维护；
6、各科室效率的监控，发现问题点及提出改善措施；
7、对影响生产效率的旧产品，针对其产品结构及品质问题与工程、品质部门进行相关改善的协商，提出改善方案；
8、对旧产品生产流程进行改善，及设计出新的工、治具达到提升效率的目的；
9、为现场管理改善，5S改善等提供技术支持；
10、改善流程现场指导，品质，人员排位及生产效率的确认；
11、对生产过程中发生的浪费进行全面分解及提出改善措施；
12、工厂Layout规划及变更审核，Layout维护；
13、物品（生产原料除外）、设备需求的评估及审核。 举报 分享
