职位描述
Key areas of accountability:
1.Office Administration
?Responsible for visitor reception and mail distribution.
?Responsible for the procurement of office supplies, stationary, keep reasonable inventory.
?Assist on monitoring the performance of security guard and cleaning worker, and follow up regular cleaning tasks like carpet cleaning, air conditioner cleaning etc.
?Assist on the contracts review with administration service vendors.
?Responsible for company car management, review monthly car expense and propose cost-efficiency solutions.
?Assist on office administration projects like renovation, decoration, equipment maintenance, office movement etc.
?Handle visitors and employees travel flight and hotel booking.
?Issue Purchasing Request for office furniture purchasing and other office maintenance stuff.
?Follow up any office maintenance issues.
?Handle office administration monthly payments.
?Other assistance to office staff like camera, stationery, printing etc.
2.HR Assistance
?Prepare documents required for travel documents application, eg. Passport and visa.
?Work with external agency for applying work permit, residence permit for foreign employees.
?Update office contact list and prepare name cards and name bladge per requests.
?Handle monthly mobile allowance update.
?Assist on planning and organizing company recreation activities, such as annual dinner, sports activities, outing.
?Assist HR officer for preparing attendance reports.
3.Other tasks assigned by the Secretary or HR Manager.
Qualification:
?College degree graduate
?Minimum 1 year experience in Administration or secretary
?Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin
?Good interpersonal skills
?Good team player, proactive, positive and passionate
?Conscientious and has good time management
?Strong customer service sense
?Patient, detailed and good following up
?Good knowledge and practice of MS office software
