职位描述：
Position Summary:
The position is to provide efficient & timely support with high quality to Asia President in daily work to ensure smooth running of business.

Responsibilities:
1. Assist Asia President to complete daily work tracking, reporting and the functional departments’ communication, coordination.
2. Arrange high-level meeting schedule and agenda, composes the meetings summary.
3. Interact with internal and external customers at all levels for event, conference, meeting arrangement.
4. Coordinate and ensure each department to complete their required tasks within specified time frame and good quality.
5. Organize and facilitate divisional level workshop, staffing meetings and other activities.
6. Collect relevant business data and update relevant business presentations.
7. Take responsible for internal and external visitors’ logistic arrangement; coordinate with other Admin for the best arrangement for VIPs.
8. Other tasks assigned by Asia President.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business management or relevant MBA degree is preferred.
2. At least 5 years or above working experience as a multinational company assistant.
3. Comprehensive knowledge structure, excellent management experience, strong plasticity, can quickly grasp a variety of related business knowledge.
4. Strong planning and control, comprehensive analysis and coordination ability, independent problem solving skills.
5. Good organization, planning, presentation skill and administrative skills.
6. Ability to prioritize effectively and work under pressure.
7. Proactive, high energy, high visibility, individual initiative, leadership attitude.
8. Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
