副总经理
岗位职责:
1、负责制定公司的业务发展战略目标，并组织分解落实相应的实施方案；
2、修订、执行公司战略规划及与日常业务相关的制度体系、业务流程；
3、策划推进及组织协调公司重大运营计划、进行市场发展跟踪和策略调整；
4、制定公司业务指标、年度发展计划，推动并确保营业指标的顺利完成；
5、全面负责公司留学咨询业务管理、推广和人员培训工作，建设和发展优秀的业务队伍。
任职要求：
1、有相关从业和管理经验者优先；中英文俱佳；
2、高层管理职位，协助决策层制定公司发展战略；
3、有中型企业管理相关工作经验；精通营销团队管理；
4、很强的计划性和实施执行的能力；有亲和力，很强的激励、沟通、协调、团队领导能力，责任心、事业心；
5、具备良好的人际交往能力、组织协调能力、沟通能力以及解决复杂问题的能力。
6、理解并认同本公司企业文化，熟悉留学移民行业或有留学经验者优先。
