职位描述：
Major Responsibilities :
? Support country implementation of the GS programs across the region
? Support Regional CDD Leads in liaise with stakeholders of the GS Program, including the GS program managers and Global Work stream Leads
? Communicate, enable and mobilize CMB’s activity required to support its’ GS responsibilities
? Guide country in completion of impact assessment on the current global baselined Risk Methodology and the CDD Standards, ensuring business impact is understood and agreed by all parties.
? Deliver all documentation around the CDD LOB Procedures, including the CDD LOB Procedures, Global KYC Templates, KYC Template Guidance and ID&V Matrix. Agree on depth of alignment with relevant teams.
? Participate in the feasibility, planning, analysis, design, test and deployment stage of each project
? Build strong relationships, adopting a joined up approach, to support execution of programs at pace and with minimum conflict
? Ensure that internal and external regulatory requirements are met
? Build ‘trusted advisor’ relationships with internal customers at a regional and country level to understand their objectives
? Monitor progress to ensure programs are delivered on time within business results / outcomes are realized
? Drive implementation of recommendations made by internal / external auditors and external regulators in a timely manner

Incumbent Requirements：
? Proven track record as an outstanding analyst, consultant and/or project manager with solid financial services industry knowledge
? Strong communication and influencing skills
? Strong time management skills with excellent self-motivation.
? Excellent problem solving skills and positive ‘can do’ attitude.
? Relationship management and networking skills.
? Proven experience in identifying and managing the risks, issues and dependencies related to complex projects.
? Extensive experience in the Finance and Banking industry environment (e.g., fund administrator, brokerage house, custodian, investment bank etc.) within an AML/STF context
