Responsibilities:
1. Continuous market research and reporting of customers' mobility behavior and trends. Close monitoring and reporting of industry trends, ecosystem value chain evolvement and major movements of mobility service providers.
2. Continuous market research and reporting of customers' mobility behavior and trends. Close monitoring and reporting of industry trends, ecosystem value chain evolvement and major movements of mobility service providers.
3. Develop entry strategies of Porsche China in different field of mobility services as well as cooperation strategies towards external mobility service players.
4. Design core value proposition and business model of premium connect mobility service for Porsche customers in China based on system enablers of Porsche Connect App/ Portal/ payment systems/ PCM/ Connect Community.
5. Presentation of business plans to major stakeholders from Porsche China and Porsche Germany. Preparation of RfA for management approval.
6. Lead internal and external Project interdisciplinary/ international teams to establish the business. Establish and manage valuable cooperation with internal and external business partners in the market.
7. Develop and implement launch and operational rules, SLAs, supporting processes, go-live management (pre and post go-live transition) etc. in coordination with representatives from Porsche Germany and other key stakeholders from internal and external partners.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor, Master or MBA degree, major in automotive is preferred
2. Minimum 5 years related experience in automotive or IT/Internet industry
3. Familiar with network development and management or operation
4. Proactive attitude, highly self-motivated, diligent, stress resistant
5. Good command of both oral and written English, German is a plus
