Duties and responsibilities:
Cost Management
- Take responsibility for cost reduction and contract negotiation.
- Verify quotation timely and keep effective communication with internal customers.
- Pay close attention to raw material price fluctuate in market and draw up price strategic in time.
- Align with strategic supplier to achieve the aggressive target of total cost reduction.
Sourcing Development
- Find qualified suppliers with competitive prices who will have consistent deliveries, high quality levels and continual cost reductions.
- Responsible for supplier selection and new supplier development process.
- Mainly responsible for electrical and mechanical parts sourcing and related supplier management.
Supply Chain Management
- Work with technical, SQE, production and purchasing team to solve daily issues in supply process.
- Regularly review supplier performance and manage business relationship with suppliers.
Project Management
- Take the leader with basic PM skills, in the projects of cost reduction, NPI, product transfer, supplier change, localization, and quality continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with related department and supplier to ensure project schedule, and cost control.
- Work in the cross function team as a power team player.
Requirements:
- University degree or above, major in electrical or mechanical.
- At least 2 years engineering background & 3 years working experiences in electrical parts sourcing. Priority for who has project management experience. Experience in sub-contracting is a plus.
- Good in communication both Chinese and English.
- Capable in problem solving and negotiation.
- Integrity, self-motivated, energized, good communication and cooperation skill.
