职位描述
Job Description:
1. Data entry
- Input data of shipping & import declaration information into monthly shipment form for statistics.
2. Filing
- Collect all required docs (AIR WAYBILL, invoice, KJ2/KJ3 sheet / 快件2和快件3报关单, …) from forwarder/broker
- Hardcopy filing
3. Team Assistan Job
- Fill in PTR
- Stationary order
- Book air-ticket & hotel, prepare the supporting docs for air-ticket payment
- Other ad-hoc tasks
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or above
- 3rd Grade university student is preferred (will be 4th grade after this summer holiday)
- Major in International trade, logistics or finance will be better
- Can work at least 3-4 days per week
- Intern experience as Team Assistant is an advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail oriented, results oriented, and enthusiastic
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Positive, eager to learn and willing to take up new duties
