职位描述：
Responsibilities:

I. Acquisition of new customers/Territory coverage
>Develop and maintain effective journey plan to achieve optimal territory coverage. Effectively and proactively address market challenges and developments by seeking new points of sales

II. Sales Activities:
>Availability - Assure company's products availability according to given targets for trade channels and POS category
>Visibility - Ensure optimal visibility of company's product according to company standards. Effective placement and use of POSM in order to improve and build up brand awareness within the assigned territory
>Route to market - Define route to market strategic framework
>Contracts - Be able to negotiate trade terms in order to satisfy customers’ needs and align these to the company business objectives
>Pricing - Closely cooperates with distributors on company's price strategy compliance. Regularly monitor and report price offers of distributors and retail shelf prices. Report and take on adequate steps if pricing not in line with the company strategy
>Sales forecasting – Manage and monitor sales trends, and be able to prepare accurate forecasts. Consult and recommend optimal stock levels with the customers in order to avoid out of stock situations and meet customer and consumer needs
>Value chain - Take over value chain management by leading the development, promotion, and maintenance of a unified, broadly adopted, and open standard business process framework
>Team Cooperation - Actively co-operate and coordinate activities with other members of the sales and marketing teams/departments in order to achieve defined targets

III. Marketing activities
>Ensuring effective usage of marketing materials in POS
>Organizing and coordinating marketing activities in selected outlets
>Providing valuable feedback on competitors’ best practices, new product launches, best POSM, consumer trends, etc. Initiate developments of market specific products

IV. General
>Monitor legal environment, if needed, represent RITCHY in associations and other forums

Requirement:
>5 years plus experience in FMCG sales, prefer the experiences in international brand management and retail distribution
>New markets development experiences preferred
>Account management experiences preferred
>Basic English skills needed
>Electronic cigarette industry experience will be an immense benefit


岗位职责：
· 开拓新市场，发展新客户，增加产品销售范围，制订和执行有效的出差计划达到最优区域覆盖率，积极有效应对市场挑战并发展寻求新的销售渠道；
· 达成销售和营销目标，确保产品供货充足，根据给定目标销售渠道和卖点类别保证公司产品在市面上供货充足。
· 扩大产品的覆盖率，根据公司标准确保产品覆盖率，有效放置和使用营销资料以建立和提高品牌在销售领域的知名度；
· 负责拟定渠道策略框架；
· 可协商谈判合同条款以同时满足客户需求和公司业务目标；
· 与经销商密切合作遵循公司制定的价格，监督和管理分销商的报价和零售价，如果定价不符合公司战略要求需指出并采取适当的行动进行调整；
· 帮助经销商进行合理的库存与出入货管理，随时掌握经销商的库存状况，保证市场需求；
· 及时反馈市场以及竞争对手最新信息，为公司研发、促销等活动提供重要参考；
· 确保营销资料的有效利用, 负责选定门店内各项销售活动的策划和执行；
· 及时了解所负责区域电子烟行业最新法律法规，必要时代表公司出席相关会议和活动；
· 与销售和市场部团队成员积极配合各项工作，完成既定目标。

职位要求：
· 5年快速消费品行业的销售经验，拥有国际品牌管理和零售分销经验，或者电子烟类销售经验
· 开拓全新市场经验
· 客户管理经验
· 优秀的英文听说读写能力
· 热情，创新思维，乐于改变，客户服务意识，优秀的沟通协调能力
