Job Description
Directly reporting to Metal Department Manager.
Manage the production at the Company's sub contractors (suppliers). Developing the whole process from a product's design stage to a production stage- NPI (New Product Introduction).
1) Deliver the production's requirements according to the mechanical drawings and the required standards. Communicate smoothly with the Company's customers and the Israeli Engineers about products' design and requirements.
2) Supervise and instruct the contractor for the whole production process. Ensure that all manufacturing activities are managed effectively.
3) Actively find production's solutions for any design issue.
4) Inspect the contractors' quality standards (i.e material's quality etc, process etc).
5) Provide Sunrise's QC engineers with QC guidelines and QC instructions- how to conduct QC efficiently for the products.
6) Visiting the contractors' factories and be present at the workshop on a regular basis.
7) Assist the Department Manager with productions cost and price quotations.
8) Perform a thorough documentation for the whole NPI (New Production Introduction) process.

The Successful Applicant:
1) .Relevant engineering academic background.
2) Must specializes and has at least 3 years of experience in CASTING high precision metal processing..
3) Familiar with many types of metal and understands their mechanical properties and processing methods.
4) Familiar with coating methods (i.e anodize, power painting, plating etc) and coating standards.
5) Oral English can be very basic but writing and reading should be sufficient enough to write and read documents in English (must be familiar with the technical professional terms).
1) Must be able to read mechanical drawings in English.
2) Highly motivated., eager and patient to cope with high professional challenges and sophisticated products.
3) Hold good recommendations and references.

3) Working Monday thru Friday (Sometime requite to work on Saturday. Must check emails during weekends)
