职位描述：

基于公司薪资保密制度，网站不便公开薪资信息。

Responsibility:

1. Customer Issues support for designated territory/Sales Manager
2. SAP/Oracle order entry and management from receipt to fulfillment
3. Customer focus and relationship management
4. Continual liaison with Customer Service/Sales Support Specialists, Planning, Sales and Operations.
5. Maintain and manage all aspects of the VMI (consignment) process where relevant.
6. Customer and Management reporting as required.

Requirement:

1. Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from an accredited college or university in Business Administration (or similar);
2. 2 years or above related working experience in Customer Services/Order Management
3. Knowledge of Optical and/or electronic components is preferred
4. Experience with ERP systems: SAP, Oracle, Sage, Infor, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.
5. Good Customer Service Skills including good listening skills, clear written and verbal communications and a tactful approach to problem solving
6. Computer Literate especially in Excel and Word and good English language skills.
