Responsibilities:
- Managing inventory data and documentations and data entry;
- Preparing quotations and budgeting for customers in European/American market;
- Liaising with the internal departments and vendors;
- Handling general enquiries and administrative work;
- All other ad-hoc projects as required by management;
Requirements:
- Bachelor
- Strong sense of responsibilities with detail-oriented, well-organized and self-motivated mindset;
- Capability to meet deadlines and work under pressure is a must;
- 1 year relevant working experience;
- Good command of both written and spoken in English and Mandarin;
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and ERP;
- Immediate availability is a great advantage
Compensation, benefits and miscellaneous:
- Salary: gross pay 6,000.00RMB monthly, depending on qualifications and experience;
- Hours: Monday to Friday: 0930-1830, Saturday: 0930-1230;
