职位描述：
岗位职责Responsibilities
· 为客户提供高效的招聘服务；
· 与客户保持紧密的沟通与合作；
· 与候选人保持良好的关系；
· 为客户和候选人在招聘过程中遇到问题时提供解决方案。
· Provide efficient recruiting services to clients;
· Work together with clients closely and keep good relationship with clients' recruiting team;
· Keep good relationship with candidates;
· Provide recruiting solutions to clients and candidates.

岗位要求Requirements:
· 本科及以上学历，相关行业背景优先；
· 2-5年以上工作经验，有相关行业猎头、销售经验优先；
· 有志于在猎头行业长期发展；
· 擅长人际交往，有良好的沟通能力和亲和力；
· 能承受工作压力，喜欢挑战；
· 英文良好，熟悉办公软件。
· Bachelor and above education, relevant major is preferred;
· At least 3 years working experience, headhunting or sales experience in relevant industry is preferred;
· Passionate for long term career development in headhunting industry;
· Good communicate and interpersonal skill, willing for taking challenge and working under pressure;
· Good English in oral and written, CET-6 is must.
