职位描述：
1、根据行业动态随时向公司提出经营发展调整建议，协助公司确定公司的发展战略及规划；
2、负责公司年度投融资计划的制定及实施，确保年度投融资项目的进度实施和部门工作计划的完成；
3、负责与项目公司、各外联机构相关机构的外联和拓展；
4、分析、评估项目公司的募资需求和市场条件，撰写融资项目可行性研究报告；
5、根据公司战略及项目资金需求，制订相应融资/投资解决方案与融资/投资可行性分析报告。包装产品、设计合作模式，撰写融资/投资项目建议书、商业计划书等；
6、 负责团队建设，管理、培训等相关工作。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，投资、金融、教育、法律、管理等类相关专业；
2、有丰富的资本运作经验，有独立完成项目融资的成功案例；
3、具有扎实的金融专业知识，了解相关的金融政策，熟悉融资业务流程。具有良好的分析判断能力，具有一定的财务分析能力、行业研究能力，熟悉和掌握各种募资方案和最新渠道信息，有综合募资方案设计能力；
4、具有丰富的募资渠道，和业内广泛的人际关系 ；
5、具备良好的书面及口头表达能力，能够公开演讲和组织培训，以及出色的谈判能力 ；
6、具备较强的部门管理和组织协调能力；
