Responsibilities:
- Providing assistance to supervisor
- Managing the sales team in order to prepare quotations and budgeting on time;
- Liaising with customers majorly located in Europe/America;
- Liaising with internal departments and vendors/suppliers;
- Handling general enquiries and administrative work;
- All other ad-hoc projects as required by supervisor;
Requirements:
- Bachelor
- Strong sense of responsibilities with detail-oriented, well-organized and self-motivated mindset;
- Capability to meet deadlines and work under pressure is a must;
- 3 years relevant working experience;
- Good command of both written and spoken in English and Mandarin;
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and ERP;
- Immediate availability is a great advantage
Compensation, benefits and miscellaneous:
- Salary: gross pay 7,500.00RMB monthly, depending on qualifications and experience;
- Hours: Monday to Friday: 0930-1830, Saturday: 0930-1230;
