职位描述：
Major Responsibilities :

? Act as a risk and control specialist to ensure management understanding of risks, controls, ownership and accountability in their areas.
? Coordinate, manage and give oversight in the preparation of Risk and Control Assessments (“RCA”) of risk functions, oversee the internal control monitoring, design and implementation of the operational risk assessment, control planning & monitoring activities, and execution of remediation actions.
? Perform targeted thematic reviews and root cause analysis of losses and risk events as required.
? Being the secretary of HACN RKM BRC, arrange and facilitate monthly RKM BRC meeting. Take responsibilities to develop and report management information to function management and risk committees, including but not limited to material operational risks, internal control monitoring results, significant internal control issues and remediation action progresses, external and internal audit findings tracking, data quality control, mandatory training completion monitoring, etc.
? As a key point of contact to HASE Lead BRCM, maintain close communication on Group/HASE BRCM guidance & updates, promote 3LoDs and operational risk control culture within HACN RKM to foster risk awareness.
? Support CRO in day-to-day operation management/administration of RKM, escalation and highlight the identified operational risk control weakness to functional heads, CRO or Risk BRC.
? Work closely with Finance and Risk Heads in the AOP exercise, monitor budget utilization and cost model change, assess the related impact on the cost centers, challenge the cost assumptions adopted and drive necessary changes as appropriate.

Incumbent Requirements :

? Staff in Band 6 or above.
? Minimum 5 years banking experience, Accounting, Audit, Risk or Compliance professional designation preferred.
? University degree in related discipline or other professional qualifications.
? Ability to understand, identify and challenge key risks and controls that requires testing within the processes.
? Strong teamwork and communication skills, keen sense of urgency, and high level of professional and personal integrity.
? Proficiency in both English & Chinese with knowledge of PC application 举报 分享
