Report to: Site Operation Manager and Regional HSE&S Manager, Asia Pacific
Responsibilities:
· To track and communicate local HSE&S regulatory updates to Regional HSE&S Manager, AP.
· To manage, compile and submit HSE&S reports from the site including but not limited to monthly, quarterly or annually reports to Regional HSE&S Manager, AP.
· To ensure site plans are developed and executed to assure compliance with local laws and regulations, as well as Corporate HSE&S policies.
· To manage and assist site related audits and assessment including but not limited to regulatory inspection.
· To participate in site works relevant to HSE&S, and provides advice / consultation to the site management relating to HSE&S.
· To develop and implement procedures for a HSE&S Management System, and participate in HSE&S activities such as PHA, MOC and JSA.
· To manage and conduct HSE&S training for management and employees at the site.
· To participate in site teams relating to HSE&S investigation, communication, events or conditions, not consistent with operations or policies.
· To manage and ensure clear communication between site and Regional HSE&S Manager, AP.
· To participate in HSE&S related activities including but not limited to audits, assessment and projects as assigned by the Regional HSE&S Manager, AP.
Requirements:
? University or College degree in engineering or other technical HSE&S related field
? A minimum of three years’ working experience in chemical production related industry
? A minimum of one years’ working experience in HSE&S related field
? Effective verbal and written communication skills
? Good planning, organizational, training, teamwork and presentation skills
? Able to work effectively with people at all levels
