职位描述
Position: HRBP Manager, APMEA Region
Report to: HRBP Sr. Manager-Commercial
Location: Shanghai
Request: 1 person
Role Summary/Purpose: This role will be supporting 50+ employees across the Commercial Sector in APMEA region.
Main responsibilities:
Providing generalist HR advice to employees across specified BU groups.
Completes HR and cross-business initiatives and projects
Essential Responsibilities Provide HR advice to the HR COE function, BU leaders and employees on matters such as employment conditions and policy, recruitment and selection, performance management, retention initiatives, talent development, salary/bonus planning, employee benefits.
Manage the Learning & Development nomination and participation process.
Complete role related HR tasks as required such as org chart, Oracle HR accuracy, international rotations; employee relocation issues etc
Be a HR Champion ensuring all HR practices and standards conform to the Trina HR strategy, policy and guidelines. Champion the Trina Values and Culture.
Participate in HR initiatives and projects, taking the lead or drive role in designated projects.
Requirements:
Qualifications in Human Resources or related discipline eg. Business (required)
Minimum 4 years in a HR generalist/advisory/consultant role
Experience in process control and performance management
Understanding of IR/ER related legislation (preferred)
Understanding of current compliance practices
