Responsibilities and Main Tasks/主要职责和任务:
Identify new business opportunities and key customers in an assigned area.
寻找指定区域的关键客户和商机。
Leading the sales team to develop the new business opportunities, overall manage the new business development, external sales activities and internal sales activities.
领导销售团队,管理销售团队和新客户开发。
Coordinate account management and order management functions for successful execution
确保客户管理和订单管理的顺利执行。
Build up customer relationship and ensure business continuity
建立客户关系,确保生意的连续性。
In charge of marketing and branding, and to develop sales strategies, to provide short term and long term budget plans.
负责市场和品牌的开发,销售策略的制定,制定中长期预算计划。
Identify new sales opportunities
确定新的商机。
Develop customer relations, conduct face-to-face meetings with customers
发展客户关系,参与面对面的客户会议。
Confirm product availability/pricing, negotiate business contract and develop business model
确认产品的价格和规格,商讨商业合同和确定商务模式。
Managerial Functions/ 管理职能:
Supervision of External sales team.管理外部销售。
Supervision of Internal sales team.管理内部销售。
Develop HR to foster the business growth. 培养人才,促进生意成长。
Required Qualifications and Skill Profile/ 职位所需资格和能力:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.大学学历及相关经验。
Minimum 10 years selling directly to customer in China market in segments of Cellular Phone, Telecommunication, Industrial Instrument or Electronic Components 十年以上手机、通讯行业销售和管理经验。
Proven success in penetrating and closing business with customers from the mentioned industries above成功开发客户经验。
In depth market and industry knowledge, with a track record of success in cultivating contacts with decision makers within both multinational and domestic major OEMs and EMS’s 与跨国客户、国内大客户决策层的沟通经以及行业加工商的合作经验。
Skilled in conducting face-to-face presentations to customers, negotiating, closing sales and account management 能够面对客户专业的展示公司实力。
Written and oral communication in English书面和口头英语。
