Job Description:
1. Daily purchasing support to ICS GC team, including stationary purchasing, lab purchasing, sales & marketing purchasing, and other indirect spend, etc.
2. Issue PR for 3rd party vendor payment, including sales & marketing events, lab testing, and other services fee, etc.
3. Handle samples for the lab and customers
4. Other miscellaneous admin support

Requirements:
1. strong service mindset
2. sales assistant or admin related experience
3. sample handling experience is perferred
4. With min 2-3 years related experience
5. Fluent English communication
