职位描述：
岗位职责：

1. 与供应商、船公司、代理等保持良好沟通，处理好海运文件。
2. 协助其他部门或其他OFFICE跟船公司订舱，取得订舱确认并做好订舱记录；
3. 协调船期，及时反馈船期情况；
4. 货物动态的跟踪并及时通知客户及海外代理；
5. 各项单证费用的制作及整理归档；
6. 完成公司安排的其它工作。

任职要求：

1. 物流、航空运输、国际贸易等相关专业，大专以上学历；
2. 熟悉海运操作流程；有相关工作经验优先;
3. 英文听说读写能力程度需能跟国外客户沟通；
4. 熟练使用office办公软件；
5. 具备良好的沟通能力，较强的应变能力及协调能力，能独立处理紧急问题，为人正直，工作细致，具有团队精神。
