Requirement:
- 28-35 years old;
- 5 years experiences training developing program in retail or hospitality industry and is able to establish the straining system with HR teams all of China.
- Strong leadership and influence skills, be able to direct, develop, and motivate the staff, be able to transfer company’s culture to all stores’ staff and make them have values as same as company’s;
- Strong coaching and training skills, strong ability to develop training courses independently, especially for company’s culture, management and stores service etc;
- Very familiar with stores’ all processes, has ability to analyze the weakness of store’s process, make standard of processes, and provide effective training course to store staff;
- The personality should be straight, mature, confident, positive and very responsible;
-Strong organization, communication and implementation skills;
-Be available for business trip in different cities.

Job Description:
-According to company’s strategy, to develop training course for different level store staff, and ensure that store staff can practice it well;
-According to company’s values, to build company’s culture and arrange different activities to ensure that all staff understand and agree company’s culture and perform well to achieve company’s target, to maintain and transfer company’s culture with HR teams with different projects, ensure the staff has sense of belonging to company;
-To establish and improve store’s straining system
-To follow up and monitor the training result for store staff, ensure store staff can turn training knowledge into actual work;
-According to feedback from store staff for training, be able to modify or improve the training quality;
