Requirement
1. Must be familiar with retail industry recruiting processes,know different ways to select good store employees according to different positions'JD.
2. Major in Human Resources Management or relevant.
3. Must be very active,self-motivated and creative, good sence of logic and data.
4. Good interpersonality, strong communication,analysis,and problem solving skills.

5. 3-5 years HR experience in retail industry, espcially for store employees'recruiting and selecting,know recruiting chennals.
6. Can work independently under strong stress.
7. Very familiar with office software, especially for Excel software.
8. Good spoken and listening English skill.
9. Be available for business trip when needs.

Job Description:
1.Developing and expending recruiting channels, updating recruitment channels contact list in time, searching good resumes for all store's positions, such as shop assistant, store manager, retail supervisor etc. and ensure that store can have enough resumes to interview, also have to arrange first interview by her/himself, be able to visit different shopping mall to hunt potential store employees.

2.Following the Company rules and requests to Select the candidates, call them for a first interview and fix the second interview with store manager (or Operational/City Manager) in the shops. Select and interview face to face the candidates for all store staff;

3. Provide to the Company constantly all the information that can be collected during the interviews from other candidates of Other Brands, in order to create a reliable data base of potential staff, Salary by position from other Brands, Structure of Salary and Commission Policy from other Brands, Average individual Income of the candidate and the Income of the Brand where the candidates are working or used to work, and other information etc;

4.Plan in advance the recruitment in order to face Turnovers, New Opening shops, Festivals (NCY, etc) and all other kind of events that can cause higher turnover. Follow up the result of the interview and turnover to submit monthly recruitment and turnover analysis report to improve relevant situation.

5.Support checking with store manager when the new staff will start the test days, if new staff passes the testing, then when they can start the probation period.
