职位描述：
岗位职责：
- Identify training needs by communicating with operation teams.
- Deliver training to all colleagues across Shenzhen, Panyu and Dongguan offices, e.g. English Program or soft skills training.
- Co-ordinate and implement training programs, including all logistics preparation and post class follow up actions.
- Support Internal Trainer Programmed.
- Other training related tasks.
        
任职要求：
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or equivalent
 Minimum 3 years’ experience in Training management experience in the multinational companies.
- Experience working with cross culture and countries is preferred.
- Excellent customer orientation and be able to work under pressure.
- Meticulous, pro-active, methodical and process oriented.
- Strong analytical aptitude, sound project management & problem solving skills.
- Oral and written fluency in English and Mandarin required, fluency in Cantonese is a plus. 举报 分享
