1．Develop, and deploy iOS based applications using Objective-C/Cocoa and C++; and/or Android based applications using Java and the Android SDK
2. Design, develop and test complete applications and also discrete components of larger apps
3. Work closely with the Product Manager, the Mobile Architect and the rest of the mobile team, to continually improve the development process and the product quality
4. Establish time/effort estimations for tasks, to support effective planning
5. Interface with remote and distributed data sources and APIs

2. An easy going personality with the ability to motivate and encourage the people around you
3. An enthusiasm for working with minimum supervision, and a head full of creative solutions
4. A real passion for technology and innovation
5. Experience working in agile methodologies like Scrum
6. B.S. or M.S. in computer science/engineering or equivalent experience
7. 5+ years’ experience writing apps for a mobile platform
8. Solid experience of object-oriented design, and modern programming techniques
9. Demonstrable skills in algorithm/data structures and creative problem-solving
10. Applications released on the iTunes App Store or Android Marketplace/Google Play
11. Experience on App release / approval policy and process and common tips / tricks is a plus.
