俄语外贸销售/客户经理/跟单/助理
面试者会从英文简历中挑选。我们的客户基本在欧洲,工作时间基于欧洲时区,所以上班时间为北京时间14:00-23:00

职位描述:
1:开发/维护客户
2:建立与客户之间的信任关系,以维持和扩大公司的业务量
3.负责管理/处理/协调在外贸订单的售前,售中和售后工作。例如shipping arrangement, packing arrangement
4. 负责/协助对特定国家/区域的产品推广/促销
5.. 提供日常市场/客户报告。并建立/维护/提供公司的市场和客户等资料,完备公司资料库。
6.. 协调其它部门的工作,提供必要的帮助
7.帮助总监建立销售团队
8.培训新员工
9.联系并拜访特定国家的客户(有护照者优先考虑)

Russian Sales
Note: ** You must be very fluently in Oral Russian! ** Our working hour is based on european time, so you have to work at night here! (from 14:00 - 23:30)
Main responsibilities will be to develop and implement sales plan and use strategic selling skills to meet and exceed company goals. Also to develop key accounts and new business in the assigned territory to ensure our long term growth and participating in the discussion of solution requirements, pricing, policies, and marketing strategies in increasing business units.


Primary Duties:
1.Has the ability to develop new market/account indepently
2. Build up long term business relationship with clients
3. Maximize order intake within allocated territory
4. Identify new business opportunities in the territory
5. Developing sales plan to drive business forward over short to long term
6. Develop effective working relationships with customers, prospects, subordinates and others
6. Provide regular/daily business forecasts, report,sales plans, market data and other information as required by management
7. Managing the pre-sales and after-sales activities, such as shipping arrangement, packing arrangement, etc.
8. Coordinate with other department and provide neccesarry help to them.
9. Help General Manger to build up the sales team
10. Training your team members
11. Call/Visit your client in specific country. (Passport holder will be a preference)


Job Requirements:
1. At least university graduate with BA major
2. Minimum 2 years of experiences in selling communication products; having experience of optical fibre industry is plus.
3. Required sales calls planning, sales strategies implementation and interactive sales development experiences
4. Good presentation skill both in Chinese and English
5. Familiarity with Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
6. Aggressive, goal-orientated, and strong negotiation skill
7. We are looking for someone who understands not only how to sell, but someone that can drive a long term strategy for an account.
8. Able to understand all aspects of the company business and products, as well as being able to develop all levels of customer relations from factory workers to the CEO.
